Known for his professional and honest approach, Luke Ashley-Cooper prides himself on building relationships and keeping them well into the future. He has a passion for producing high quality work and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional results for his clients.
After working as a supervisor with an award-winning construction company, Luke started Ashley Cooper Construction in 2012. Within the span of five years, Luke has brought together a team of nearly eleven construction professionals to create some of Brisbane’s most stunning hotels, nightclubs, and commercial low-rise construction. ALEKS MATHEWSON
Aleks has worked in the construction industry in various roles for the past 10 years, working from a site-based role on the tools all the way up to his current role as Project Manager. He has worked for Buildcorp, Lancon QLD and Rofox Construction. Aleks has worked in residential construction, commercial (new build and refurbishment), student accommodation and heritage projects.
Aleks is a dedicated construction professional with a high attention to detail, great interpersonal skills and a strong drive to deliver projects on time. Aleks creates a collaborative environment for our clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and delivered throughout the project. He also prides himself on forming teams around a culture of cooperation and enthusiasm to ensure projects are delivered with a strong emphasis on teamwork and striving to ensure the end-product is exactly what our clients envisage.

RICHARD LAWRENCE
Richard has worked in the construction industry in various roles for the past 10 years, working from a Trainee Foreman role to his present position as a Project Manager. Richard has worked on commercial construction projects including new builds, refurbishments and fit outs in the Hospitality Sector.
Richard has a breadth of technical knowledge and construction experience which he uses to meticulously plan his projects and coordinate his teams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget every time. Richard also has strong leadership skills and works collaboratively with our clients and sub-contractors to ensure our teams are coordinated and are actively meeting our client's expectations at every turn.
Richard is a process-driven construction manager that favours a methodical approach to ensure all aspects of a project are understood and delivered to the high-quality standards we want to achieve on every project.
